Two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests. Beds can be configured as singles or doubles — just let us know your preference before you arrive and we'll have them made up ready for you.
A main family bathroom upstairs and a second shower room downstairs, both stocked with fresh towels on arrival.
A private pool exclusively for Casa Calida guests, with sun loungers on the surrounding terrace. Pool heating is available on request — see below.
The covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or escaping the midday heat.
Up top, the rooftop solarium has open views across the resort — a wonderful spot for sundowners or stargazing on a clear Murcian evening.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the dining table seats the full group for evening meals in.
Off-road parking for one car directly at the villa, with additional parking nearby on the resort.
Please note: the villa doesn't currently have a highchair, travel cot or BBQ. The pool is unfenced with tiled surrounds, so it's best suited to confident swimmers — please supervise children closely at all times.
