Check in: from 2pm. Keys are in the lockbox at the front door — the code will be sent before you travel.
Check out: by 10am. Please leave keys in the lockbox.
On departure: please take any rubbish to the communal bins and, if you have time, strip the beds. Small things that make a big difference — thank you!
Please no glass in the pool area or on the terrace — plastic glasses are provided in the kitchen cupboard. This is for everyone's safety.
The air conditioning will be pre-set to a comfortable temperature. To keep it running efficiently — and to help us do our bit for the environment — please close the doors when you're outside.
Casa Calida runs on solar power and we're proud of it. We just ask that you're mindful of energy use where you can.
