Check in: from 3pm. Keys are in the lockbox at the front door — the code will be sent before you travel. If you're able to arrive earlier, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you — though we can't guarantee it.
Check out: by 10am. Please leave keys in the lockbox.
On departure: please take any rubbish to the communal bins and, if you have time, strip the beds. Small things that make a big difference — thank you!
Please no glass in the pool area or on the terrace — plastic glasses are provided in the kitchen cupboard. This is for everyone's safety.
You're covered — fibre broadband runs throughout the villa.
Air conditioning is not pre-set when you arrive. A few things to know: please keep doors closed while it's running, and set the temperature to no lower than 24°C — anything colder doesn't cool the room any faster, it just wastes electricity. Please only run it while you're in the house, not left on all the time, as charges apply for excess use.
Casa Calida runs on solar power and we're proud of it. We just ask that you're mindful of energy use where you can.
There's a Spar on the resort itself — handy for the basics, though a little pricier than you'll find off-resort.
For a proper shop, there are several larger supermarkets in Torre-Pacheco, a short drive away.
